During these difficult times, it’s important to protect yourself and your loved ones. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, we’re implementing temporary changes to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We want you to know:

  • Our office is open for business and ready to serve you.
  • Our staff is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist with any policy-related questions or situations, or to obtain a quote.
  • Our office has a mail slot in the front door where you can still drop off important documents such as bills and payments or anything else.
  • You may still request an appointment to meet with an agent.
  • In accordance to the Governor’s state-wide mandate, all visitors in the agency are required to wear face masks. 

 

We also want you to know that our companies are assisting with policyholders who have been impacted by COVID-19. To discuss billing options, you will have to contact your insurance company’s billing department, directly. We’ve provided a convenient list below for you to locate the contact information you need to get in touch with the appropriate department in order to assist.
