During these difficult times, it’s important to protect yourself and your loved ones. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, we’re implementing temporary changes to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We want you to know:
- Our office is open for business and ready to serve you.
- Our staff is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist with any policy-related questions or situations, or to obtain a quote.
- Our office has a mail slot in the front door where you can still drop off important documents such payments or anything else.
- You may still request an appointment to meet with an agent.
- In accordance to the Governor’s state-wide mandate, all visitors are required to wear face coverings.
We also want you to know that our companies are assisting with policyholders who have been impacted by COVID-19. To discuss billing options, you will have to contact your insurance company’s billing department, directly. We’ve provided a convenient list below for you to locate the contact information you need to get in touch with the appropriate department in order to assist.
